The Site administration has the right to change this Privacy Policy. The date of the last update shall be specified when making changes in the current revision. The new Privacy Policy version comes into effect from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise specified in the new Privacy Policy version.

Collection and processing of information

Personal information of the User is processed in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data”. The site only collects personal information you provide voluntarily when commenting on the Site. The term “personal information” includes information that identifies you as a specific individual. You can view materials on the Site without providing any personal information.

The Site administration receives information about IP-addresses of all Site users.

When commenting on articles on the Site, the user provides the following personal information:

  • Confirms and acknowledges that he/she has carefully and fully read the Policy for the collection and processing of personal data of users of the site Water4BM, indicated in the fields of the form “Add comment”, the text of the policy and the terms of processing of personal data is clear to him/her;
  • Gives his indefinite consent to the processing of personal data provided by the Site as part of the information for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Policy, in accordance with the Federal Law “On Personal Data”, and confirms that, giving such consent, he acts freely, willingly and in his own interest;

The user of the Site has the right to refuse to receive informational and any other messages to his e-mail from the Site without giving reasons for refusal by unsubscribing from notifications about comments on the Site. Each message sent to the User’s email contains a link to unsubscribe. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be made by the user by sending a corresponding order in plain writing to the e-mail administration of the Site at: [email protected].

Cookies

The site uses “cookies” technology (“cookies”) to create statistical reports.
